Born in Kabul, Afghanistan in 1954, Khalil Sikander is an Afghan-American real estate developer, philosopher and author whose life's work bridges entrepreneurship, spirituality and global human development. Now based in New York City, he has become a leading figure in real estate and humanitarian progress, while pioneering a distinct school of thought rooted in the exploration of universal consciousness and human potential.
Professional Journey

Khalil Sikander's career reflects resilience, vision, and transformation. Rooted in both Afghan heritage and American enterprise, he has combined the wisdom of two cultures to create sustainable success across multiple industries. In the early 1980s, he founded Boston Fried Chicken, a thriving venture that expanded to 27 locations across the United States - a testament to his entrepreneurial leadership and commitment to creating jobs and opportunities. Since 1996, Khalil has devoted himself entirely to real estate development and management in New York City, completing over 70 property transactions. His work focuses on building sustainable housing, navigating complex regulations, and revitalizing communities through innovative investment strategies. Khalil's guiding philosophy in business is to transform conflict into opportunity and failure into success, embodying a mindset of persistence, integrity, and balance between profit and purpose
Khalil completed his early education at Habibia High School in Kabul and graduated from Kabul University with a degree in Psychology. He later earned an M .A. in Guidance and Counseling from Montclair State University in 1979. He also pursued Ph.D. studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (non-degree track), engaging in advanced research and coursework that laid the foundation for his lifelong philosophical and developmental projects - integrating psychology, leadership, and universal ethics into practical applications for personal and societal growth.

Humanitarian & Development Work
Beyond business, Khalil Sikander has dedicated his life to empowering others and rebuilding communities:- Mentored and guided numerous pharmacists to establish independent pharmacies, generating employment and promoting community health. -Sponsored well-drilling projects and students for higher education, expanding access to clean water and knowledge.- Established chicken farms and a large-scale poultry initiative that supported over 3,000 Afghan families. -Created nearly 1,000 jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic, fostering resilience and self-sufficiency in rural communities.- Led the distribution of push carts in the Kabul market, enabling food vendors to build enterprising livelihoods and sustainable income sources.- Organized the purchase and distribution of agricultural produce while teaching the business economics of trade to local vendors and farmers, empowering them with entrepreneurial skills. -Distributed livestock for reproduction, helping families generate steady income and improve food security through sustainable farming practices. - Currently leading the Bagram Business Initiative, which envisions transforming an abandoned poultry project near Bagram into a Business and Agricultural Hub projected to create over 4,000 jobs and turn a symbol of conflict into a model of peace and prosperity.

Khalil Sikander is the founder of Core On Philosophy, a modern school of thought that explores the relationship between human consciousness and universal law. His 11 -volume book series delves into concepts such as: The Solomon State of Being - a universal law of existence and spiritual wholeness. ·The Salem of Wholeness - recognizing the inherent worth and divinity within humanity.·The Cell Metaphor - using the 100 trillion interactions within the human body as a symbol of cosmic and human unity.
